Online ecommerce scam - thesalwar.com

 So recently I visited a website Thesalwar.com which is running an online e-commerce business. The site is little suspicious but you need to go through each and every details very carefully to identify - like their contact details (email / phone number - both of them are invalid lakeshahormc@hotmail.com / 8789689807), or their return policy , payment method (for example this case they only have COD option and no return option), customer feedback if any - their is none for this case.

I got this site link form facebook/Instagram ad. Unfortunately I didn't check much details at the first place and ordered a red v neck salwar from this website https://thesalwar.com/.

They are using platform like https://www.shiprocket.in/ to run their business and this platform has many delivery partners who does the logistics. For my case https://www.delhivery.com/ was the logistic partner.

After few days or order placing I received the item and paid the cash. As soon as I received the product and unboxed it, found the product is wrong. What I ordered was a red v-neck salwar which they are selling at price 990, and in the box I received a unstitched low quality item , also different color. Soon  I realized my mistake, it was already too late by then. I had tried to contact the seller , but all the details are invalid.

Very surprised to see their is no quality check mechanism in the whole process from  https://www.shiprocket.in/  or https://www.delhivery.com/ .

There would be many such companies, I am writing this just to make awareness among customers who prefers e-commerce. Please be little cautious, check few details before placing order. Check details like their contact details (ph number / email address),  payment method (COD is red flag), customer feedback if any, return policy - this would help you to make less mistakes while placing online orders and can save you form getting scammed.

I just hope, companies like https://www.shiprocket.in/  or https://www.delhivery.com/ have better quality check process with the sellers as well which would help to stop the scam at the source.

BELEIVE ME, IT MAY SEEM WE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TO CHILL (AS YOU HAVE NETFLIX NOW) BUT THOSE WERE THE BEST DAYS. WE WOULD PLAY WHOLE DAY, NOT FREE FIRE , PUBG! NOWADAYS KIDS ARE ALSO STUCK IN TIKTOK! ALAS!!

CRICKET! YESSSS! THAT'S THE GAME WHICH YOU WOULD FIND EVERYWHERE IN INDIA, WE WERE ALSO ADDICTED INTO THIS SPORT! SO MUCH THAT SOMETIMES WE USED TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY ☺️☺️ THANK GOD WE DIDN'T HAVE A PHONE 📱 NO WORRIES! WE HAD FRIENDS ☝️

WE DIDN'T HAVE MANY THINGS FOR ENTERTAINMENT WHICH COULD DIVERT OUR MINDS. SO WE JUST USED TO STUDY, PLAY AND REPEAT ☝️ USED TO KEEP THINGS SIMPLE IN LIFE, BE FOCUSSED, DISCIPLINED, ENJOY SMAL THINGS AND WE DO HAVE LOT OF PATIENCE 💯

I REMEMBER THE FIRST PHONE I GOT ONLY AFTER I STARTED MY GRADUATION, THAT TOO JUST A BASIC PHONE, PURPOSE WAS JUST TO TALK TO YOUR FAMILY AS YOU ARE STAYING FAR STUDYING 😎

2. TV SHOWS - GROWING UP WE HAD SHAKTIMAAN , SAKA LAKA BOOM BOOM OR SON PARI, WE HAD FRIENDS 😊 NOW ALL ARE STUCK IN BIG BOSS OR YOUTUBE OR NETFLIX CHILLING.

3. TECHNOLOGY - IT HAS CHANGED VERY QUICKLY OVER THE LAST THREE DECADES 

WE USED TO SEND LETTERS, SENDING SMS, HAD TELEPHONE BOOTHS, ORKUT 😀

NOW WE HAVE ZOOM, WHATSAPP OR FB,INSTA AND MANY MORE

RADIO TO BLUETOOTH WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY

4. MUSIC 🎶 - WE USED TO LISTEN TO KUMAR SANU, SONU NIGAM, ABHIJEET, ALKA AGNIK, ASHA LATA ALL DAYS

5. STOCK MARKET - THIS IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST THESE DAYS. FROM BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE TO GROWW, WAZIRX. FROM NIFTY , SENSEX, NASDAQ  TO BITCOIN, THINGS HAVEN BEEN CHANGING VERY QUICKLY

Life is Beautiful - find a meaningful addiction

I want to start with saying life is beautiful and not that complex that we think it is. Still sometimes people find life boring and not meaningful and get lost. As a result of it one can be easily get depressed and stop living their life.

To all those people I would say you are not doing something right which is spending your time doing something worthy which will make you happy. Sometimes it may occur to you that you are not good at anything but in reality you are not focusing on right things, you are not investing time and not keeping your patience. Always remember, nothing comes easy except hard work, focus and willingness to do it.

So what is that you need?  You need to find an addiction which you will keep you going and will make you happy. Now when I say addiction I don't mean smoking, drinking, mobile games, tiktok etc. These kill both time and you, you should always be refrained from such addictions. Instead you should be engaged with something else which will be meaningful to your life and you would do it out of love, passion and will satisfy your soul and you will get peace.

Here are some of the things that I would suggest you must give it a chance and start investing time:
1. Reading : This will be certainly be best way to spend your time. If you get interest in reading you can start collecting good books and get engaged
2. Travelling : If money is not a problem for you, then travelling will certainly keep you happy in life
3. Dancing/Singing /Guitar/Drum/Others : You can start practicing with the help of coaching at the beginning and then gradually by your own. You can keep this is a hobby and if practiced harder later you can think of this as a profession as well
4. Cooking : Believe me a good food can never be replaced with anything. And to your note it is the most easy thing to do. You can spend time cooking for yourself and your family, friends.
5. Sport/Yoga : Sport/Yoga does play a huge role in our life. If you love to play any of the sport please find time and get involved. It will not only keep you warm and fit but you be more energetic in life
6. Blogging : If you love to write then you can always start blogging anytime you wish and keep writing whatever meaningful you find. With good contents you can start earning which will be a bonus for you if happens.
7. Youtube : With the ever growing technology and mobile devices it is very fascinating to start a youtube channel and create contents of a particular category which you like or from any of your skills you have learned (ex Singing/Dancing/Cooking). With good contents it is likely open the earning door for you and if everything goes well you can start doing this full time.

I can start adding more and more options but my intentions are only to get you a heads up that life is not that bad as you think. All that you need is spend your daily life on some activity which will give you energy and peace and will give you a hope of living another day. To add here, as you will grow older you will eventually realize that a good food, music, sleep and a good company that is all you need to keep you happy. Don't take life lightly, it is the most precious thing you have got, you just need to spend your energy on a meaningful activity, believe me you will find life as beautiful as it ever can be. Acid Attack in India - Chhapak

India is a beautiful country, very rich in culture and the largest democracy with more than 1.3 billion plus people. Understandably there are differences in every part of the country but still must say people from different backgrounds are living peacefully. But still there are lot of problems, social issues, violence which happens on daily basis. We are going to talk about one such issues that is very important and needs urgent attention - ACID ATTACK.

In India still acid attacker gets away with a small punishment, though when you see the real picture - how the acid victims live with the trauma, how miserable their life becomes, it certainly isn't fair and there is a need of a very strong act against this crime.

What I believe is there is certainly a need to spread awareness among the people and show them how ruthless is this crime. You need a strong medium to pass on message to each and very individual. Now in the age of social networking it isn't any more difficult to make something viral in real quick time. So when we talk about medium, in India Bollywood certainly makes a huge impact in peoples life. Now a days many movies are being made on social issues which is a positive side of this huge industry. In 2020 one such movie called CHHAPAK is made based on a true story of an acid victim. The movies beautifully portray the victims life, you can certainly feel each and every moment. When people will watch it, they will see how much difference this crime makes to the victims life. This will give you an idea why the acid attackers need a very strong punishment. I want to to thank the team of CHHAPAK for making this film, hoping this will reach to masses and there will be justice.

We really need a strong social system where there will be no more crimes, we just need to educate everyone to be a good human being, pass on every good message to others. We must protect each other to survive and make a better future for everyone.

Nirbhaya

India is a country where people from multiple religions live together, help each other, it is the biggest democracy in the world.

Unity is diversity is the mantra of this beautiful country. Most part of this country still is very remote except the cities, people are simple, nice to each other. We welcome everyone gracefully here.

Still every now and then you will get a news of rape from many corners of this country, girls are not safe here. Now the question arises what is wrong with people here? Why some of us behave like an animal? So lets address the concerns.

First, is it the education ? Many cases people who are well educated are found to be a rapist. Of course education is needed, but we have to educate people to be a human first, not a teacher, doctor, engineer, isn't it?

Second, is it the poverty? Still most of the people in India come under the category of below poverty level, or lower middle class, there are endless numbers of beggars in the streets. Does it lead people to do wrong things ? The answer is yes to some extent. But again to specify the fact there are endless number of cases where rapist is a very rich person. so what others reasons?

To my understanding, my point of view, it is the culture of this country. For some reason, we have started to forget our values, our culture, where we belong from. It is the environment you grow up with, it is your parents, your teacher, your society you learn from. It is high time that we start to remind ourselves about who we were, when you understand your values try to teach next person as much as possible and the process goes on.

It is a very sensitive topic, but i just wanted to have my thoughts let out somewhere with the hope that we will someday have a place where every one will feel safe and live happily, peacefully!! as mera bharat mahan hai...bharat mata ki jay!!
